St. Patrick's Day Farm Table Vignette

Hi Friends, last week I looked at the calendar and had a huge awakening! Easter is the last day of March this year and it's flying toward us at breakneck speed. I love decorating for St. Patrick's Day as a head start on Spring with lot's of mossy green things, green transferware, bringing out the Spring flowers and packing away all the winter blankets. When Easter falls in March we're possibly looking at a blanket of white instead of pastel Easter eggs and an egg hunt among the daffodils.

Farmtable Vignette with Daffodils

Hello friends, it's been since the beginning of the year that I've shared what's happening here on the farm table in the Garden Room. It's late February now so it was time for an early Spring look with some daffodils and narcissus with a few pussy willows mixed in for a natural look. It's still wintery looking outdoors, but at least I can have a little green and color indoors.

St. Patrick's Day in the Holiday Cupboard

Here in the lower Midwest, March is coming in like a lamb, and what a wonderful way to start my birthday month. We have a week of upper 60's and low 70's. It won't last of course, but it's a lovely, optimistic way to bring on thoughts of Spring. I'm just hoping that buds won't pop out and then we have a freezing spree.
