Spring Pastels at All About Home #194

Hey Friends, can you EVEN believe it's May? Before you know it it will be summer! We're in the middle of tree pollen season and this few weeks is long stringy mounds that roll like tumbleweed through the yard. I have sneezing fits just watering the plants. We had our first "babysitting gig" Saturday night with our little sweetie. I have a magic rocking chair that helps ease the sting of mommy and daddy leaving for a night out. Just a few tears and lip trembling, but she's such a good baby! Ahh, the pure joy of holding her in my arms for two hours.

This last week was a big week on a personal level as I finally after 10 years, got a more specific autoimmune diagnosis on paper. If you've traversed the "autoimmune minefield" you'll know it's not an easy diagnoses or fix. My internist told me that "medical science hasn't caught up with you yet". I shared a bit on my last post on getting there. I hope to post on the weekend with a post sharing ideas, and bits and pieces around Blogland. Earlier in the week I shared two fun baskets for May.

And my weekend post.

April seems to be the month for pastels and particularly pink! We have a gorgeous door basket for fresh flowers, a cozy and spring-fresh back porch, and a fun wreath with pastels for spring. Plus a berry salad that looks so delicious.
