The Decoratin' O' the Green!

I don't go all out to decorate for St. Patrick's Day, but I do like to tip my hat to the Irish Holiday. I'm sure I have a little Irish blood in me from someplace and I have a daughter named Erin, so St. Patty's always gets a little attention from me around the house...

A few pieces are gathered on the Kitchen table to bring a little GREEN into the mix. I've had this little Shamrock plant for years and it's seen better days. I have to keep it up out of reach of nibbling kitties, so unfortunately it doesn't get as much light as it needs. I put it in a moss basket with a polka-dot ribbon to try and dress it up a little.

I love an Irish cottage, so here is one of my Cottage Cookie Jars
and a Cottage Salt and Pepper.

You can see my lamb tureen in the background.
He has on a green plaid ribbon/collar in honor of the Holiday.
And another of my Cottage Cookie Jars
with a vintage flower pot turned candle holder.

My Mom loves to Monogram tea towels and napkins,
so here's my Spring Veggie Towel with a cursive monogram.

I thought I'd throw in a little St. Patty's Inspiration from year's past,
for an extra dollop of Irish Fun!
