Yes, it's a "herd", cause there are more than just a few.
They've been congregating in their favorite spot...
on the buffet in the Dining Room.
And then I realized a have a few others here, too.
Some elk and deer on my German die cut calendars.
It's a beautiful day here,
hope yours is as well.
I'm letting my sheep distract me,
'cause I have a painting decision to make for my Hall Bath.
I needed touch up paint...
what they mixed for me isn't "touch up" paint!
It doesn't match at all,
so now I have to decide what to do.

xoxo,
I just got a chuckle out of your herd....what a sweet collection!! Perfect for Easter too!!
ReplyDeleteDebra,
ReplyDeleteYour herd is adorable! I'm loving your silver tray on the buffet...think I have a match here on the Prairie!!! Decorating dilemna when the paint doesn't match. Paint with a new hue...or return to the paint store. In this economy...I'd probably return the paint. Unless, of course, you're wanting to change the color. Have a great week ahead!
Fondly,
Pat
What a sweet little lamby vignette. I love your new banner! I think I have that same quilt you have on the loveseat. I went through a quilt phase (obsession) a few years ago.

Baatiful Ewe! I love the layout and using the glass domes was perfect. I am going to have to get a journel going to record all the great blog ideas, I can't remember the all.
ReplyDeleteI love your herd...I have a small one myself. Hope your Lord's day has been wonderfully bless.
ReplyDeleteI love your heard! Your dining room is so pretty.
ReplyDeleteThose boogers are hard to find. I only have 2! Love yours! Rhonda
ReplyDeleteDebra, I love all your sheep! What a cute collection. Hugs, Sherry
ReplyDeleteDebra,
ReplyDeleteYour sheep collection is so sweet.I have a few of those.I am waiting to put them out.Not ready to go digging.I hope you come up with a good solution to your mismatched paint.
Don't ya just love them? What is it about them? I can't stand it, I love them all and I like them in herds. Richard from My Old Historic House.
ReplyDeleteGotta love sheep...they're just so...pastoral! lol The shabby one in the mossy cloche is my favorite. My Ozzie loves the scenes in the Jane Austen movies when the obligatory herd of sheep passes by. I have to play them over and over and she tries to catch them! Happy Sunday!...hugs...Debbie
ReplyDeleteNot a baaaaaad collection at all. As far as the painting of the bathroom, Ewe is it good timing on painting the whole thing anyway? If so, look at it as a forced re-do.
ReplyDelete~Bliss~
Loving your adorable sheep.
ReplyDeleteLove all your sheep and the way you have them collected in pretty vignettes! I collect little sheep - usually less then 2-3 inches tall and they are fun to try and find!
ReplyDeleteOh they are all fabulous. I love them. Such a gorgeous vignette. Of course I love them under a cloche. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteLove your herd!! They are adorable!! What a wonderful collection!
ReplyDeleteI like your herd of sheep. They are such gentle looking animals. I love them used in decor too. I hate to hear that your paint didn't match. Don't you hate when a small project turns into a much bigger one? I'm sure you'll decide what to do soon.
ReplyDeleteLove your herd! Everything is beautiful as always. Hugs & Blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteSuch a neat collection. Love your new banner pics too! Hope you are well. Have missed visiting!
ReplyDeleteYour herd is adorable, and I love your new banner, too. Good luck with the painting decision.
ReplyDeleteI love lambs. I think they are precious. I would love to find a large picture of Jesus with a herd of lambs for a nursery one day (and later somewhere else in the house). :)
ReplyDeleteI love lambs, and sheep! I have a great collection too, since every lamb or sheep I have ever bought, I KEEP. Love yours....always a sweet treat to visit you here. xo Lidy
ReplyDeleteThey are a favorite of mine also. Enjoyed viewing your herd!

Love love love your herd of sheep.
ReplyDeleteI only have the memory of one toy when I was little bitty and it was a squeaky lamb - my sister found it in her attic and returned it to me recently - I cried!!
I am always on the lookout for a new guy to add to my small collection.
Thanks for sharing yours.
Rhonda
I don't know how I missed your herd of sheep, but I LOVE them, especially the first one and the little grouping under the cloche. I have a "thing" for sheep figures, too and I'm always looking for them, especially this time of year. Thanks for sharing yours.
