Pheona's Vintage Market Monthly Sale

Last weekend I was so busy talking, laughing, shopping,
and enjoying the sale, that I didn't take enough photos.

That ever happen to you?

Meet Shelly and Gretchen,
two great gals who are a real "dynamic duo".
They really have that "Vintage Garden Style"!

This is their space at a wonderful new
monthly sale I recently found,
Pheona's Vintage Market in Billings, Missouri.

Yes, I know...hard to believe that I was talking
so much that I didn't take enough photos...
but here are most of the gals
that are part of the market.

Sheila, on the far right is the owner
of this wonderful little turn of the century home
that has been converted to be the perfect spot
for a great monthly sale.

Pheona's Vintage Market

So if you live anywhere near Springfield,
save the date for the 2nd Saturday of each month,
and take a quaint trip to Billings.
Lots of great fleas and vintage goods in the area.

I have their blog on my blog roll,
be sure and visit for directions.

See y'all there, next month!

love,
Debra

  3. Hi Debra
I actually have never been a picture taker, at least at events. I'd rather experience it fully than look through the lens and observe it. I am always torn between getting a shot for my blog now or just enjoying the moment.
    This event looks very fun!
    Have a wonderful Sunday
    Blessings

  22. Hi Debra,

    Your blog is great!!

I love the idea of occasional sales. Owning and keeping a store open can really tie a "free spirit vintage gatherer" down.
I've had the store The Rug Cottage (rugcottage.blogspot.com) for 18 years and now recently Barntiques Antique Mall. It's blog is iowabarntiques.blogspot.com My saving grace is that they are only steps out my back door. I'm so inspired by everyone's blogs. There are so many wonderful creative women out there and this is a great way to connect with them. We're restoring the inside of our turn of the century barn and were hoping to have "Barn Sales" this summer and fall.

    Thanks for the inspiration,
    Happy Spring,
    Nancy

  25. Hi Debra,
I can't get over all the great places you find to frequent! I love this place. Vintage Garden Style is so me. And I love all the photos you did manage to get, but I am so glad that you had such a great time that photos weren't uppermost on your mind. The fun of shopping is the people you meet while doing it.
    hugs
