Hi Friends, I thought I'd share a quick post with some Spring-y inspiration from my latest trip to my favorite vintage market in town, The Vintage Peddler. I've taken you there before, so I'll also share a few pics from my last year's spring visit, too. These were with my phone (old) and no natural light, but you can see some of the amazing vintage displays. Love that old wheelbarrow...
These first two were taken at my dear friends booth, Sara and Abbey from Sweet Magnolias Farm. I always have to see their booth first and spend plenty of time oogling all the wonderful goodies. Theses gals (mom and daughter) are masters of vintage display and it usually takes me 2 or 3 times around their space to take it all in.
There was a predominance of green throughout the store.
So cute chicken in a basket!
Handmade rabbits so adorable.
I should have taken a vertical photo, but I was focusing on that wonderful work table. I noticed that many booths were gravitating to darker, more moody background walls which we're also seeing as a home trend.
I could kick myself for not backing up and getting a bigger pic of this settee. It was fabulous and reupholstered with linen with nailhead trim. gorgeous.
And my favorites from 2019...

Hope you're having a wonderful weekend!

Love the apron on the mannequin. This looks like a great place to shop for sure. Happy New Week.
ReplyDeleteI don't know what town you are in but if I ever get there, this is a spot I want to visit! What a great place! I especially love your friend's booth!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun this is a great booth, a lot of amazing treasures. I like the touches of green
ReplyDeleteThank you for my chairside trip. I do not get out much, and it is so nice to see booths decorated for spring. Visiting antique stores has always been a favorite pastime for me. Our home will always be light and bright on the walls, but I can certainly appreciate the dark and moody turn in decor. Thank you for sharing.
